Meeting Instructions: We are located at Heart Six Ranch, 16985 Buffalo Valley Road in Moran, Wyoming, within Jackson Hole and near Grand Teton National Park. Simply enter our location into maps. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your ride for check-in and waiver completion.

- Most travellers can participate
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Ages 8+ for safety
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
- Maximum weight is 240 lbs and there are no refunds.
- We reserve the right to weigh a participant as we do not want to injure or kill a horse
- Dinner rides and large parties require a mandatory gratuity of 20 percent charged at check in.
- Riders should anticipate tipping their guide 20 percent (but you may tip more)
- Close toe shoes recommended
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- If you have special dietary needs please bring your own food items to fulfill these requirements.
- Maximum weight limit is 240 lbs and there are no refunds.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travellers

Riding a horse through the Tetons is a magical experience. My sisters, husband, and I had a blast at Heart Six. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The tour itself was gorgeous, and especially fun because of the variety of terrain. The horses each had their own personality but were all very friendly. My family and I would definitely recommend horseback riding at Heart Six.

We had an amazing horseback riding experience in Wyoming and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
Even if you are a complete beginner, the knowledgeable and friendly staff make you feel comfortable and confident from the start. The horses were well-trained, and the guides did an excellent job ensuring everyone felt safe and relaxed throughout the ride.
The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, and the photo opportunities were incredible. The views alone made this experience unforgettable.
This was such a fun and authentic way to experience the beauty of Wyoming. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip and is an absolute must-do. Highly recommend!

Such a fun activity to ride horses thru trails with beautiful views of the Tetons. The guides even put each group together with an amazing backdrop for a photo!

This was an amazing experience! The entire trip lasted 2 hours, including instruction, getting seated on your horse, and the actual ride. The ranch hands were very friendly and helpful, and stopped to take photos for us on our horses. The horses had personality but were easy to ride. The views were amazing throughout the entire ride. There is a small inn and ice cream shop on site open in the summer. The ranch was not hard to get to and is about an hour drive from Jackson Hole. Would recommend this ride for first-time riders or experienced riders!

De Shaun was excellent to engage with. I know it was a beginner ride but was a little boring on view. We did not stray away from the Ranch very far. Horse behaved well (Chuck). I think to do better you need to change the pack around so the tail enders then go to the front because we can't hear up the back.

Had such a great experience at Heart 6 Ranch. The views were absolutely incredible the entire ride—one of those moments where you just want to take it all in and not rush anything. We even spotted two coyotes, which made it feel extra special and very “Wyoming.”
My horse, Cloud, was definitely a slow mover—but honestly, that made the ride even more enjoyable. Super calm, steady, and a great horse overall. Perfect for soaking in the scenery.
Would absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a scenic, laid-back ride with unforgettable views. We also saw coyotes hunting geese.

I had the BEST time horseback riding at Heart 6 Ranch in Wyoming! 🤍
From start to finish, the experience was absolutely amazing. The scenery alone is something you can’t even fully capture in pictures — riding through open fields with breathtaking mountain views felt like something out of a movie. It’s easy to see why this area is so popular, with views of the Grand Teton National Park right nearby.
The horses were calm and well-behaved, which made the ride enjoyable and relaxing, even if you’re not super experienced. The trail itself was beautiful the entire time, and getting to take it all in on horseback made it feel so much more special than just sightseeing.
What really stood out was how peaceful and fun the whole experience felt. It was the perfect mix of adventure and relaxation — something I would 100% do again.
If you’re in Wyoming or visiting the Jackson Hole area, I definitely recommend adding this to your trip. It ended up being one of my favorite memories! 🐎✨

Be 1/2 hour early to sign waiver and get the needed information. You can bring a water bottle and your phone. They take good care of you.

Such a great experience! It took a bit to get going with matching everyone up with a horse but it was worth the wait. The horses were wonderful and required very little from you as a rider. Our guide explained everything we needed to know about riding and lead us on a beautiful tour with amazing views.

I highly recommend using this company for a trail ride while near Jackson hole. We had the best guide who I believe is from Jamaica. He was so hilarious. We had a party of six and when one of our writers started falling off the horse our guide was very quick to jump into action to save them and put the saddle back on correctly. The view on this trail ride was amazing. We went up hills down hills Rocky terrain through the woods, and then opened up to the most spectacular view of the mountains we have ever seen. Highly recommend.

The ride itself was great and pretty but the departure and return portion was a DUMPSTER FIRE! Arrived and the girl "in charge" with zero personality was more interested in flirting with the ranch hands rather then show 1% interest in the guests there to ride. She didn't say one word to any guest unless asked. I'm a life long rider and have owned horses for years. Their horses were a MESS!!! Matted manes. Filthy and obviously not brushed before being saddled. Standing in mud. It was heart-breaking. Our ride was from 9-11. We arrived at 9 and didn;t depart for the ride until 10. The horses weren't saddled or ready. There were 18 riders and painfully one-by -one we mounted. Then upon returning, good lord. It was the last day of their season and you'd think it was the very first time they had managed a group returning. Again the staging area was a mud pit and no organization what so ever. i would never return there nor recommend this pathetic horse operation. Didn't leave a tip. The highlight was going to their on-site restaurant and having lunch. The one man show there was awesome and cooked us an amazing lunch and gave us great service. Left him a 25% cash tip.

This was genuinely one of the best days. My sisters and I booked this for our annual trip we take together and I was SO stoked. I had never ridden a horse before and it was a dream come true to get to do so in such a beautiful setting.
The wranglers were all so kind and our specific guide Jeremiah was adorably charming. He did such a great job telling us stories, keeping an eye on the horses, directing us on how to keep them in line, and generally entertaining us while his horse, Cowboy, made sure to make us all giggle with his big personality.
I am a huge animal lover and during the course of our time, told Jeremiah that I wish I could snuggle the horses because I was so in love with the big grass puppies. He made sure after we got back to the stables to bring over their nicest, most snuggly horse for me so that I could love on him before I left. It was genuinely one of the most kind and unexpected gestures. I will treasure the memory forever. The customer service was 10000/10. Definitely recommended.
