Meeting Instructions: We are located at Heart Six Ranch, 16985 Buffalo Valley Road in Moran, Wyoming, within Jackson Hole and near Grand Teton National Park. Simply enter our location into maps. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your ride for check-in and waiver completion.

- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Not wheelchair accessible
- Service animals allowed
- Not recommended for pregnant travellers
- No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
- Most travellers can participate
- Children must be accompanied by an adult. Minimum age 8 years old and at least 48 inches tall for safety
- Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
- Maximum weight is 240 lbs and there are no refunds.
- We reserve the right to weigh a participant as we do not want to injure or kill a horse
- Dinner rides and large parties require a mandatory gratuity of 20 percent charged at check in.
- Riders should anticipate tipping their guide 20 percent (but you may tip more)
- Closed toed and closed heel shoes are required
- Minors must be accompanied by an adult at all times
- If you have special dietary needs please bring your own food items to fulfill these requirements.
- Maximum weight limit is 240 lbs and there are no refunds.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 20 travellers

Riding a horse through the Tetons is a magical experience. My sisters, husband, and I had a blast at Heart Six. The staff was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable. The tour itself was gorgeous, and especially fun because of the variety of terrain. The horses each had their own personality but were all very friendly. My family and I would definitely recommend horseback riding at Heart Six.

We missed our horseback riding trip due to a member of our family being sick and horrible weather. It was in the low 40s, felt like the mid 30s and rain. If we would have gone they would have ended up with pneumonia. I contacted them twice about possibly rescheduling to another day. No response either time

That when you book this and can’t make it and want to reschedule they did not reschedule or refund my money. Total rip off! And very rude and no sympathy for my situation at all.

It’s fabulous! Start to finish. Chelsea our guide was wonderful, so chatty and informative. The trail was amazing, views were stunning and Poco the horse was a star! Would highly recommend!

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking and had stunning Mountain View’s. The horses were well-trained, gentle, and clearly well cared for, making the ride enjoyable for riders of all experience levels.
Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared interesting information about the area's landscape throughout the ride. The pace was perfect, allowing plenty of time to take in the incredible views and capture photos.
If you're visiting the area, I highly recommend a horseback riding with Heart Six Ranch. Easily one of the highlights of our trip!

I really don’t know why I saw bad reviews about this place it was great! The views on our ride were amazing and the drive in through the park was great too. Our wrangler Ava was so sweet to us and everyone else in the group 10/10 recommend!

There were breath taking views and gentle horses. Friendly guides and very helpful. I’m now 73 and rode for years up until now. What a wonderful reminder of the joy and companionship a horse can give you.

The terrain was beautiful with views of the Tetons and the Buffalo Fork River. The 2 hr experience doesn’t include a river crossing as one might expect from the site photo.

Long pants/leggings and closed toes shoes are recommended. Leave your backpacks in the car. You do have a saddle bag for a water and maybe your phone.

Wonderful group to ride with and amazing photo opportunities of the Tetons. There isn’t much of a “register here”… just walk towards the horses and a wrangler will help.

All in all would do again. Everyone enjoyed it. Felt a little slow at check in and was worried we’d run short on time but after about an hour in the saddle I was glad to be getting out. Takes a very long time to get everyone on a horse, literally waited for like 20-25 people to be matched and loaded up onto horses.. Very pretty scenery but the landscape didn’t really change much. You're not really near the Tetons but can get some good photos in the distance. My horse just wanted to eat the entire time so that slowed things down a bit too. But everyone did seem to think it was a good part of the trip and would do again.

It was one of the highlights of our trip! We decided to book this at the last minute during our stay in JH and we are so glad we did. Wonderful trail, not too difficult, beautiful views and the horses were lovely. Our wrangler Scarlet was so sweet and bubbly. She was friendly and always attentive to our needs. She even took us to a pretty spot for a family photo. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who visits JH.

We enjoyed a two hour horseback ride with beautiful views of the Tetons and valley around it. The ride is good for beginners. Our party ranged in age from 72 to 15 and we all loved it.

Such an amazing experience! We had the best wrangler and horses taking care of us and the views were breathtaking 😍
The ride was exactly 2 hours so you get your money's worth. You see so much of the Grand Tetons from both a high and low vantage point! And the horses were all so well behaved and absolute sweethearts 💖 I was impressed by their obedience to the rider. The wrangler also takes pictures of you at a scenic overlook :)
Overall an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend. I can't wait to be back :)

Based on some reviews with Heart 6, I was leery but we were SO happy with our excursion!! Yes, it’s dusty & dirty….it’s horse stables, so I’m not sure why others complained! The “so called” chaos mentioned in other reviews, to get the ride started was NOT due to the staff/handlers, it was the patrons! Show up on time, pay attention & listen to your guides!! It was a beautiful ride, very peaceful, informative (when the wind wasn’t blowing & we could hear in the back) with posed pictures taken at the end, with the Tetons in the background. Highly recommend!!
