Wife and I absolutely loved it. Great fun with pick up bang on time. We were picked up from the cruise terminal. You just need to wait inside near the exit to the bus area. Driver was great as were the staff at the tubing. One point would be more rum punch needed!

For guests coming by taxi or their own transportation coming via the Grand Etang Forest is the easiest and shortest route to us. From Grand Etang continue along the Birchgrove Main Road on to Balthazar Bridge where you would turn off o the right. Look for National Lotteries Billboard as a marker.

This was an awesome experience. The tour guides were great. Weather was nice. The ride there is about 40 minutes long with a lot of turns and there was great scenery to take in. Would highly recommend 👌

Great unique experience

It was really fun and unique, the water level was low in lots of places so lots of rocks but the really friendly staff did an excellent job at getting everyone through the river tubing experience and they made it fun, with lots of splashing which is needed as it is hot. Very enjoyable hours spent in the rubber rings on the river. The bus there was about 45mins too each way as you go up into the rain forest.

All was great! From the time we were picked up at the hotel, traveling to the site, the actual tubing excursion, and the travel back. Everyone we encountered were professional, kind, and informative. The driver, Style, to and from was on time for our pickup. The van was clean and the ride was comfortable. During the excursion, the men who assisted along the way were phenomenal. I felt safe the whole time. They all had a great sense of humor and kept us entertained.

Our driver was very accommodating ensuring that we were transported to and from our hotel to enjoy river tubing. Although we cannot control mother nature, I would recommend this tour during a light rainy season to ensure the current has more force. Rashed and the other divers were very helpful pulling my daughter and I along when the current was low.

They should know that if selfish inconsiderate person's who are getting picked up from other hotels decide to keep the minibus waiting for 30 minutes, to tell the driver the leave the numpties behind. Other than that problem, all good

Experience great ! However the transport was life in there hands . Viator have a word with your operator driver never spoke to us or advised of travel times .during transfer there and back . . Driving erratic and careless . Not what you expect .

The drive up the mountain to the start of tubing was narrow, switch backs and white knuckles. (This was the only readon for 4 stars instead of 5)Also saw beautiful views and local villages. The tubing was wonderful, the guides are super and fun. Great fun wirh friends!

Unfortunately the time of our tour was changed despite booking a certain time - be aware if doing this trip from a cruise times can be changed without flexibility just to make sure you don’t miss out, luckily we still had time to do the trip and overall it was a great experience very fun and would definitely recommend. Transport to the place was quite disorganised and there was a lot of standing around and waiting at the meeting point and once arrived at the tubing place. Back to the ship in plenty time however did not have much time to explore the rest of Grenada due to the time changes. Keep an eye on messages in the lead up to the trip as this is how our time change was highlighted and we could have easily missed the message.

Best excursion in Grenada!

This was the most fun excursion of our entire trip/ cruise. Our driver Style drove us safely to and from the river and even stopped for a small break to see the monkeys on the way back to the ship. The tubing down river was the best and the guys guiding us down were great! Didn't catch all their names but there was Eagle, Shakespeare and Jamal. They were all great and helpful.

It was my birthday surprise for all of my friends. And they keep saying to taking them back!! Everyone loved it!!! It’s certainly a recommendation on the to do list in Greneda!!! The tour guide Jason was very friendly and polite. Actually everybody we met in Greneda!!!

The river tubing was great fun we felt safe and well looked after, splash, 911, and Cinderella the hosts were excellent, the bus however was supposed to stop at the monkey place for us to get our refreshments rum punch and never did, he had a standoff with a bus driver picked his young nephew up to drop him home , he stopped finally in st georges passed plastic cups around and produced a gallon plastic bottle and hurried pouring out a punch not a good experience, he was fine on the way.

Well how do I start i will with the very negative and part we did not realise. So got to the pickup location for 0900hrs and was told at 0915 that we had to come back at 1100hrs as it was fully booked (we paid for a 0930 slot very annoyed) we were lucky we did not have another trip booked BE CAREFUL WITH THIS. The trip to the location was around 45 to 55 minutes away would be longer but this was a sunday so less vehicles on the road upon arrival be prepared to possibly hang around for a while as another group had been there 1 hour before us on their own. THATS THE BAD AND NEGATIVE BIT. we thoroughly enjoyed what is best described as a low water level rapids ride in a rubber ring my wife who hates water was sceptical but she has come back with a beaming smile on her face, fully interactive staff and look after you even the lady who unfortunately went under the water on a tricky part of the river they took time to make sure she was alright. I would say all in about 30 minutes of river tubing but a blast none the less

Me and my family had a wonderful time rolling down the river. The booty savers were much appreciated with all the rocks in the river. The guys worked very hard to keep us moving through out our experience. I wish the would have taken pictures for us as I didn't bring my phone. Otherwise very fun.

I’m basically afraid of the water but this was a lot of fun and I felt perfectly safe. And if someone does fall out of the tube, the water is only about half way up your calf. It’s not deep.

Highly recommend!!! Definitely a fun and relaxing time!

We had a blast river tubing, I’d definitely do it again and recommend you to check it out! Even though it’s rainy season the river was low so we did have to have assistance getting through parts of the river. Overall, we had a great time! The staff were friendly and helpful! I was disappointed that rum punch was to be provided and it was not! Also, we paid for transportation but I had to reach out to them to confirm and get details! That was also disappointing I didn’t have to do that with other tours! Nonetheless, while important those were still minor things and shouldn’t discourage you from booking…just want you to be informed and hopefully the vendor will make improvements in those areas!

My husband and I enjoyed this experience and made some great memories. We chose the option that included pickup directly from our guesthouse and that process was hassle-free and easy. We had to make some changes to date/time due to minimum numbers but I appreciated the communication with Lisa, who was responsive, friendly and helpful. The driver and assistant on the vehicle were friendly and pointed out things along the way. The crew at the river tubing were fun. While the water was low when we went, we still enjoyed the experience and the crew worked hard to help us out along the way. On the way back, I wasn't feeling well due to the winding of the roads and hills. The driver and assistant were so helpful in pulling aside so I can get out briefly to get some fresh air and also stopped at a roadside village shop so I could buy a drink. I appreciated the care and felt in good hands with this company for the entire experience.

The guides were great. The drive from radisson hotel up to the river entrance was about 30 minutes. The roads in Grenada are quite tricky and you need an experienced driver (ours was excellent). The river had us laughing the whole time. Guides were awesome!! I think viator charges a high rate for this. I won’t use viator again but instead hire locals to do this trip. The view of the ride towards top of mountain is beautiful

Lots of laughs and fun. Our tour guide was extremely helpful when you got stuck on the rocks. I booked a specific time thinking that was the time I was to go tubing (like most other toys I booked through viator) but it was my pickup time. Communication was not a quick as other tour companies. All in all we had a fun time. Definitely recommend.

It was very exciting. It’s a nice family experience and I would definitely do it again. The tour guides was very nice and helpful. They also provided with drinks for kids and adults as well in the end.
