The Yogyakarta cooking class by ibu Herni will let you have an adventure of getting to know the local market. The class will start with buying the good ingredients from the local market, where you will also be exploring the authentic culture and local products such as ten kinds of rice! After a shopping session at the local market to buy all the fresh ingredients needed, ibu Herni will explain to you the recipes while you are having a sip of your tea or coffee before you start the cooking session. And when everything is all set, you will be grinding all of the spices in a traditional fun way by yourself - besides, it's the most fun way to learn how to use the traditional herbs and spices in your Javanese dish.
