- If your ship is late or delayed and you have an early tour, don't panic! We will wait and give you reasonable and sufficient time to get off the ship so that you can still enjoy your tour. Remember to keep our number handy just in case you need to reach us in case of a delay or very early arrival.
- You should bring along the following items: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and cash for lunch, drinks and souvenirs. Drinks on the tour bus are complimentary.
- While shopping or at the beach, your items will be secured in the front cab of the tour bus.
- If Shopping is part of your tour, once you're finished, we meet at the Liberty Bell in Emancipation Park. Shops close at 1:00 PM on Sundays.
- Coki Beach and Sapphire Beaches are free but Magens Bay has an entrance fee of $7.00 per person.
- Your Tour Package does not include the beach entrance fee, Coral World entrance fee or any other activity.
- Free drinks are provided on the tour buses all day for our passengers.
- This tour/activity will have a maximum of 100 travellers

Totally worth the price! Did the 6 hour tour which was slightly longer but saw so much. Godfrey is full of information about the island. We were picked up earlier than planned but that was communicated via text the night before. No waiting around as mentioned in other reviews. Plenty of cold drinks for the whole day! Everything was perfect!

I was texted at 2am to tell me that my picked up time changed from noon to 9:30am, then after I confirmed, I received a cancelation text. Promise I'd a refund that I did not get, but will dispute if not received in 2 days.

Pick up point at havensight needs to be updated, as the area around gate 3 is cordoned off. We had to get in touch to revise the pick up point.

We had switched hotels last minute and the driver was still able to pick us up on time which we really appreciate,The tour guide was very informative and very kind , loved everything about this tour 100% worth it for a very good price !!!

I am saddened by the poor customer service I received today and the disrespectful way I was spoken to by the Godfrey Tours representative. He text me at 2am which I did not see til after 7am that they needed to move our tour time, but I explained we have to work later and needed the original time. He offered to pick us up at 10 and do a shortened tour but we wanted the full experience as that is what we paid for. The manner in which he spoke to me was very disrespectful. He said other customers moved their times and he couldn't pay a driver just to pick us up. Not our problem.
Then said another colleague who booked as well for today, didn't have a reservation though she booked and paid and had tickets through Viator as well. He then proceeded to tell me the shops aren't even open til after 10. I asked him why there was an 8:30am tour option to begin with then.
He had the audacity to raise his voice at me and then said something about cruise ships not being in, etc. I told him we are not here as part of a cruise. I'm waiting on our refund. First time in St.Thomas, but if service is like this, it will be the last.

This was an amazing excursion! Godfrey was a great tour guide. He provided knowledge while safely getting us around the island. It was well worth the $$$! Snacks and drinks provided.
Godfrey made sure to provide time at each stop while making sure we were back on the cruise ship in time.

Well, it was hard to find our tour guide at the port.
. He was very informative..Nice person but the time we got back to the Ship was cutting it too close..We all were sweating..I wasnt to happy with that part, .15mins before pull off is not a exciting feeling.

We really enjoyed our tour through Godfrey! We ended up with Lovecab as our driver and he was great! I was so thankful we were chauffeured up to mountain top, as that drive is not for the faint of heart, but we felt safe and secure. Godfrey was extremely informative at the stops and Lovecab was very accommodating, letting us skip the shopping and head straight to the beach. He even gave us the opportunity to view the beach before deciding whether or not we wanted to stay there. We had a group of 7 and all said we would recommend the tour through Godfrey and even do another again!

Started out bumpy, but tour operator contacted us and gave us a new meeting spot. Other than that the tour was great. Got to see a lot throughout the whole day! For the price you CANNOT beat it! Would book again if we come back in the future

The tour was delayed due to phone outtage and driver did not show. We waited nearly 2 hours for our tour to begin along with another family. It was stressful and frustrating as some tour staff ensured us that our drive was on his way. It would only be 20 minutes longer. Finally, the owner Godfrey showed up himself to conduct our tour. He was great! Although, we had a rough beginning, the tour was completed but cut short due to the late start.

DON’T DO IT!! If I could give zero stars I would. They were a no show, I had reached out multiple times a day before the excursion to confirm the pick up time as we chose the pick up and not going to the meeting point and zero response from the tour operator, I called and the voicemail was full. We waited over an hour past the pick time to ensure they weren’t running late. We’ve requested a refund, but I have doubts that will occur. This tour should be removed from this website as it’s a total scam!

They were almost an hour late picking us up from the beach. Another couple on the tour ended up taking a taxi back so they didn't miss their ship. We were given no apology or explanation either.

Started off unorganized and the sites were not impressive. The beach was beautiful. It is $7 to get in and $20 for a chair. The seats we set in were not very comfortable for our tour and the mic did not work so we heard nothing about the sites as we traveled.

The entire process was very disorganized. We had no continuity on the transport. Getting on the bus was not an easy task if you are older or have some mobility issues. The guide/driver’s communication in the bus was not clear and almost impossible to understand. The tour was advertised for 5 to 6 hours but lasted around 4 only. The tour was advertised to make the final stop at a bay for beach time but that never happened.

They changed the pick up time one hour I was scheduled to be picked up. Then they took us the the cruise ship terminal to pick up for twenty minutes, then drop us downtown for 30 minutes, and we had to stand and wait another 30 minutes for them to pickup, they didn’t do the scenic two hours sightseeing tour of the island, never even made it to Magens Bay. This tour is a scam would not recommend it to anyone horrible.

Rough start. Changed pickup location then didn't show up. Half hour later showed for another group but took us and another family with this later group. Communication was zero. However, once we were on, driver/guide was wonderful. Will recommend but patience is needed.

I really enjoyed the tour and the people on board. We got to see lots of sights and learned many facts about the island’s history! The tour guide provided us with complementary drinks and snacks. I would recommend bringing a fan and cash for local shopping. 10/10 would do again!
