Day Trips from Port Ghalib to Luxor Temple

Embark on an unforgettable journey with a NASCO Tours representative as you travel from Port Ghalib to Luxor via private transfer. Enjoy a comfortable 4.5-hour drive through rugged mountains, expansive deserts, and green lands while your guide narrates fascinating tales of Upper Egypt. As you arrive at Luxor's west bank, immerse yourself in the extraordinary realm of three majestic royal tombs in the Valley of the Kings, also known as the Valley of the Gates of the Kings. This renowned site served as a royal burial ground for nearly 500 years during the New Kingdom, covering the Eighteenth to Twentieth Dynasties. Nestled in the desert cliffs of a wadi on the west side of the Nile, and directly across from ancient Thebes (modern-day Luxor), this hallowed valley holds the tombs of pharaohs and esteemed nobles.
